Bay of Plenty DHB Vaccination Programme

Bay of Plenty DHB is making progress with COVID-19 immunisations within the Bay of Plenty rohe. Vaccinations at our border commenced in March 2021, and our programme has been progressing through the groups since then.

The purpose of this site is to advise, update and help whānau living within the rōhe of Bay of Plenty and Lakes District Health Boards, access trusted information about our COVID-19 response and vaccination roll-out. Please refer to covid19.govt.nz for any further information you need to know about COVID-19. You can also visit Karawhiua.nz for information. Karawhiua is a campaign for whānau, hapū, iwi, and Māori communities to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Karawhiua is led by Te Puni Kōkiri (Ministry for Māori Development), co-delivered by Te Hiringa Hauora (Health Promotion Agency) and supported by the Ministry of Health and the Unite Against COVID-19 teams.
